The Unincorporated Theater is a brand new project created by Jade Edwards and Elias Hamilton. As two queer college students, the pair feels called to make art that speaks loudly about uncomfortable things. Their debut performance, ‘Big Business and the BeeBoos, ’ is a dark, in-your-face story that comically brings to life the absurdity of human priority. They strive for sustainable discomfort in their storytelling— encouraging the audience to reevaluate their personal perspectives and consider their own bias. With a twinge of lighthearted absurdity infecting all of their work, Unincorporated Theater hopes to instill abrupt awareness and a desire for change.
